Ringing...It's a Manly Art!

Did that picture get your attention? The First Church Handbell Ministry has a rich tradition of performance ministry. We are proud to boast that we have seven active handbell and chime teams that serve our church within our worship arts season and in traveling outreach. Third graders through adults love ringing at First Church!

However, we need more adult men to ring bells. Ringing bells is physical. It is VERY manly! And it’s a fun way to serve our church. Are you musical? Do you enjoy challenge? Have you always wondered if ringing was for you?

Classes are available this summer for men interested in learning the basics of ringing. There are no strings. No performance is involved . . . just getting "hands on bells" to test the ringing water.
