You Are Invited to a Spring Recital!

Ringing Is In the Air!

The First Church Handbell Ministry cordially invites family and friends to attend a free recital on Monday, May 5 at 6 pm. This special event features Shari Sloane directing the Kids of the Kingdom Chimes (entry level 3rd-5th graders), Karah Ricketts directing the Kids of the Kingdom Bells (4th-5th graders with some experience), and Jennifer Rybaski directing the Revelation Ringer Tins (6th-8th grade ringers). This recital will be held in the First Church Sanctuary. Those in attendance will be treated to a special surprise during the recital.

These students and their directors have dedicated themselves to our Witness Ministry by attending weekly rehearsals on Monday or Tuesday afternoon during the school year. We do this to prepare for ringing in church services and in one recital each semester. The First Church Handbell Ministry will celebrate our 2007-2008 ringing year with a reception in the foyer following this recital. We hope to see you there!
