Adoption Day is September 7th!

At First Church our young people who are in college or the military are up for adoption! The Church Mouse Ministry reaches out to our college/military "kids" between the ages of 18 and 25 to help them feel loved and connected to the congregation. A "Church Mouse" is a congregation member who "adopts a young person". The Church Mouse prays for the student, sends a card or goodie box at least once a month, and remembers the student on special days like holidays, birthdays, and during finals.

The Church Mouse is essentially a secret pal to the student and represents the whole congregation. There will be an adoption table set up on September 7th in the courtyard between services. Please stop by and adopt a student.

College or Military Young Adults (or their parents): Get your forms turned in with updated mailing addresses so you can be adopted!
