Prayer of Jabez Study

Wednesday evenings October 25 through November 15

Simple Prayer, Dramatic Life-Change It's a timeless prayer that produces timely results! Trent Turner will lead this class that takes participants to 1 Chronicles 4:10 to discover how they can release God's miraculous power and experience the blessings God longs to give each of us.

The life of Jabez, one of the Bible's most overlooked heroes of the faith, bursts from unbroken pages of genealogies in an audacious, fourpart prayer that brings him an extraordinary measure of divine favor, anointing, and protection. Those who commit to offering the same prayer on a regular basis will find themselves extravagantly blessed by God, and agents of His miraculous power, in everyday life.

This 4-week class is based on the book, The Prayer of Jabez, by Bruce Wilkenson. Participants need to obtain a copy of the book before the first class. Please plan to attend the first session having prepared by reading Chapters 1 and 2.

Pre-registration is encouraged so that we may plan for adequate space. To register for the class, please complete a registration form (pdf form available by the link, or you can obtain a hardcopy in the church office -- see "Now Registering" Bulletin Board). There is no fee for the class, however, participants do need to purchase a copy of the book, The Prayer of Jabez. The book is available in paper and hard cover versions and is generally available at most book stores.
