Lay Leadership

Do you have a suggestion or question about First Church? Do you ever want to get in contact with a lay leader? First Church is structured around the NOW concept: Nurture, Outreach and Witness. Each of these leadership teams are involved in the day to day ministry of First Church. Nurture deals with education and ministry to our members. Outreach directs programs through which we reach out to serve others - locally and globally. Witness provides leadership to our worship services. In addition, the First Church Trustees oversee all property and facilities. The Finance Committee is responsible for budget and finance issues. SPR (Staff Parish Relations) gives leadership to all staffing issues. The Communications Leadership Team develops and directs all communication needs of First Church.
